20 Cuban migrants taken into custody after landing on South Florida coast

More migrants were intercepted on the coast of South Florida.

On Wednesday morning, a group of 20 Cubans landed at Big Pine Key.

The officials reported the migrants had sailed the lower keys in a tiny, rustic boat.

They are all now in the custody of the United States Border Patrol and are likely to be returned to Cuba.

This week, a couple and their child were seen sitting at the entrance to Crandon Park in Key Biscayne and were taken into custody by the Border Patrol.

A second Cuban migrant was brought into custody after arriving by kayak.

Just this past weekend, 27 Cuban refugees were seen waving an American flag to express their gratitude.
