30-year prison term handed down to a Port St. Lucie man who sexually abused child
MIAMI, Fla. — A man from Port St. Lucie was sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for sexually abusing a nonverbal autistic kid from 2018 to 2019.
Ethan Alexander Concepcion, 24, pled guilty to producing child pornography in federal court in West Palm Beach earlier this year.
In January 2022, the Queensland Police Service in Australia called Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) to inform them of Concepcion’s mistreatment of the kid.
QPS reported to HSI that they had prosecuted a person in Australia who received about two dozen photographs and films of child sex abuse through email from someone using a Greenacres-based IP address.
The photographs’ metadata indicated that Concepcion mistreated the youngster at least four times between March 2018 and January 2019.
The youngster was between 5 and 6 years old.
The IP address led agents to Concepcion’s residence. He admitted to child abuse on March 10, 2022.
