Man hospitalized following an alleged isolated incident in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Reports regarding a person shot inside a Jacksonville residence prompted a police response early Sunday morning.

At about 3 in the morning, police arrived at the 15000 block of Tisons Bluff Road and found a man in his forties suffering from several gunshot wounds. According to the authorities, he was transported to the hospital in a serious condition.

According to the police, this appears to be an isolated incident. There was no information about a possible suspect or suspects up until this point.
