Monroe County Fire Rescue responded to a burning catamaran on Stock Island in Key West on Saturday

Miami, Florida – According to Monroe County Fire Rescue, a catamaran was destroyed by fire on Stock Island in Key West on Saturday.
Monroe County Fire Rescue was able to localize the fire to one boat and put it out within 30 minutes and everyone on board was able to get off the boat safely.
According to the officials, U.S. Coast Guard helped contain any possible spills.
The cause of the fire is still unknown, the investigation is ongoing.
