At least one person dead following a fatal accident in Deerfield Beach

The Deerfield Beach Police Department is now conducting an investigation into a deadly collision that occurred early on Friday morning.

Footage depicts the scene between Southwest 10th Street and Interstate 95, where the westbound lanes of the highway were blocked as a result of an accident.

A motorcycle was found in the center of the intersection with a corpse covered by a tarp that had been placed by the police.

The authorities have not disclosed any information about the accident or the number of victims that were involved.
