Daughter commits suicide after shooting her mother

Margate, FLA – The police department in Margate is conducting an investigation after they received a report that a woman had shot her own mother before turning the gun on herself.

The attempted murder-suicide took place early on Saturday morning, just after one o’clock in the morning, at the Margate Gardens apartment complex, which is situated at 5800 Margate Boulevard and is close to State Road 7.

The victim’s condition is said to be stable, and the police say they expect her to make a full recovery.
