Police officer hospitalized after a crash in NW Miami-Dade

Northwest Miami-Dade, Florida – Monday morning a police officer was transported to hospital in critical condition after a crash in Northwest Miami-Dade.

According to officials, the City of Miami Police officer was involved in a crash along Northwest 57th Avenue and 208th Street.

Police said the officer was off-duty at the time of the crash.

At this time the identity of the officer is still not released.
