Back to nature program in Coral Springs

Coral Springs, Florida – A back to nature program promoting the outdoors, local parks, and habitats in the City of Coral Springs.
Participants will learn about wildlife, plant species, and conservation while visiting various parks throughout the city, every second Saturday of the month through March 2022.
According to Robert Hunter, director of Parkland and Rec, the program is an excellent opportunity to share information about their natural resources.
Sessions take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the following dates and locations:
November 13 – Red Lichen Park
December 11 – Sandy Ridge Sanctuary
January 8 – Sawgrass Nature Center
February 12 – Community Garden/Food Forest
March 12 – The Atlantic Trailhead
Space is limited to ten people per group and the program is open to all ages.
Registration is required, three groups will be available per date.
