Florida man facing multiple sexually related charges after impersonating a ride share driver

On Thursday morning, authorities arrested a man impersonating as a rideshare driver.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office claims that Enmanuel Noslen Teixeira, 32, from Stock Island exposed himself and groped a female passenger without her consent.

According to authorities, Teixeira exposed himself and tried to pull up the victim’s clothes. He also grabbed her wrist and placed his hands on her as she begged that he stop and allow her to exit his SUV, which he first declined to do.

Teixeira, according to deputies, had a rideshare company’s logo on his SUV, but he was not employed by the business.

Sexual assault, kidnapping, battery, and indecent exposure were the charges against him.
