Male body found in Mims pond along with a lawnmower

MIMS, Fla. – A man’s body was discovered in a pond along with a lawnmower, and the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office is conducting an investigation into his death.

On Monday afternoon, the body of a man was discovered in a pond located along Cory Court, west of Folsom Road in Mims.

According to the sheriff’s office, the man was found with the lawnmower, which had been flipped upside down in the pond.

The man was unresponsive when being pulled out of the water and was pronounced dead.
