Tallahassee, Florida – Florida Health Department no longer will provide daily updates on COVID-19 cases.
According to FHD, this decision comes as the number of vaccinations continues increasing, and positive cases of COVID-19 decreasing.
Officials will now report information once a week.
Florida’s positivity rate has been below 5% for more than three weeks, according to the FHD.
As the official statistics say over 10,000,000 residents have been vaccinated so far.
