Two people arrested in California suspected of kidnapping four people, including a baby and a teen girl
WESTMINSTER, Calif. — Last week in Southern California, police were able to arrest two individuals in connection with the alleged kidnapping of four people, including a teenage girl and a baby who was only six months old.
After the two adults who were also abducted were able to get away and phone 911, the 14-year-old girl and the infant were recovered safe and sound inside a hotel room in Costa Mesa early on Thursday morning.
During the course of a traffic check, the suspects were taken into custody, and they remained behind bars on Sunday without being granted bail.
It was not immediately known if they had lawyers who could speak on their behalf.
The suspects are said to have asked the adult victims for money and then began pistol-whipping the victims.
