Woman killed in a shooting in Jacksonville

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A shooting occurred late on Saturday night at an unknown place, and as a result, a woman lost her life.

At around 12:15 p.m., officers from the Jacksonville Police Department were called to a nearby hospital because a lady had arrived there suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The lady who cannot be recognized passed away as a result of her injuries.

This is an ongoing study at this time. At this point in time, neither the location nor the specifics of what happened can be determined.
